Formerly BrandMEE · Baton Rouge, LA

We build what vision requires.

Strategy, brands, websites, marketing, and systems for founders, organizations, and ministries whose ideas are built to endure.

You don't need more deliverables. You need them to add up.

Most leaders arrive with a folder of disconnected work: a logo from one freelancer, a website from another, marketing that matches neither.

We work the other direction: strategy first, then the brand, the experiences, and the systems that make it operational. One partner. One through-line.

  • 01

    Positioning that undersells the idea.

People who hear you explain it get it. People who find you online don't.

  • 02

A website that can't carry the weight.

It describes what you do. It doesn't move anyone to act.

  • 03

    Marketing that runs on adrenaline.

Every launch is built from scratch, every channel is reactive.

  • 04

Systems that break at the next level.

More momentum would create more chaos, not more impact.

None of these are creativity problems. They're strategy problems that show up in creative places, and that's exactly where we work.

Eight capabilities. One journey.

We don't sell services off a menu. Every engagement moves along the same line: the vision gets settled, then given a strategy, a form, an infrastructure, and finally an audience. Enter anywhere. Nothing before it gets skipped.

Most leaders arrive with one pressing need and discover it connects to two others. Start where the pressure is.

Selected work

The work, and the thinking under it.

Strategy is invisible until it becomes something you can see and use. Three engagements across brand, digital, and systems, each shown with the problem it solved, not just the finished surface.

Brand Strategy & Identity · Business

Repositioning a coaching and consulting practice for the marketplace.

Problem
A respected leader's practice had the credibility but not the system: no settled positioning, no identity that traveled beyond the room, and no front door for four very different audiences.
Move
Positioned the practice around one promise, built the identity and its print and digital collateral, wrote the website strategy blueprint (four front doors, one diagnostic on-ramp) and built the site, and set the strategy for the books and tangibles sold alongside the services.
Outcome
A brand system in daily use across cards, letterhead, email, and the Marketplace Masterclass campaign, and the practice’s website live at theellisgroupcc.com, its architecture decided before a single page was designed.

Brand, Strategy & Website · Ministry

A rebrand, a strategy, and a website for a choir that just won a Stellar Award.

Problem
A youth choir with national momentum (2026 Stellar Award, New Artist of the Year) and no digital home that could carry booking, music, merch, press, and its scholarship and society programs at once.
Move
Built the brand (logo and typeface), set the album release and community-building strategy, then developed a twelve-page site with music, watch, booking, press kit, scholarship, sponsor, and society pathways, with real streaming and social links wired throughout.
Outcome
Live at ablazeyc.com: one address for every audience the choir serves, with a page for each whose job is clear.

Led by Miracle Ennis in her role as Marketing Director, United Christian Faith Ministries.

Systems, Automation & Applied AI · Ministry

Turning a reactive marketing department into an operating system.

Problem
Requests arrived through five channels, approvals lived in one person's head, and quality depended on who happened to be available.
Move
Designed a value-based operating model and role-based team, a tiered request engine in Asana (one front door, six request types, four tiers), a recognition program, and an internal hub with a two-zone reports center.
Outcome
One submission now produces the full bundle of dependent work, routed and scheduled, for a department serving more than forty ministries.

Led by Miracle Ennis in her role as Marketing Director, United Christian Faith Ministries.

The Stewardship Method.

Vision doesn't need more inspiration. It needs a sequence.

What you walk away with

  • A position you can state in one breath, and a team that states it the same way.
  • A brand system your whole team can execute without you policing it.
  • A website that qualifies, persuades, and converts while you're doing the work.
  • Marketing and operational systems that survive your busiest season.
  1. 01

    Discern

Listening and strategy: the vision, audience, and constraints interrogated until the real problem is on paper and the positioning is settled.

  2. 02

    Design

Identity, experience, campaign, or system takes shape against the strategy, with the reasoning shown, so approvals are decisions, not guesses.

  3. 03

    Build

Development, production, implementation, automation. The strategy becomes something that runs.

  4. 04

    Steward

Launch, documentation, training, and advisory, so the work compounds instead of decays.

  5. Every engagement starts at stage one, including projects that arrive asking only for stage three. That's the difference between a vendor and a steward.

Start at stage one: the Advisory Hour

The clients who thrived had strategy, brand, and systems that agreed.

Avad Shamar Creative is led by founder Miracle Ennis, whose work began in Baton Rouge, Louisiana as BrandMEE: 15 years of brand, digital, and marketing work for founders, organizations, and ministries. Alongside client work she serves as Marketing Director of a forty-ministry church, where she designed and built the marketing operating system that now routes every request it receives. The practice exists to produce that agreement on purpose, not by luck.
