What does lagniappe mean?
Lagniappe (LAN-yap) is a Louisiana word for the small extra a merchant adds to a purchase because you came in: the thirteenth beignet. Here it names our menu of fixed-scope, fixed-price services, and every item on it ships with a little extra of its own.
What happens after I pay?
You get a receipt immediately. Within one business day we send the next step for what you bought: a scheduling link for sessions, or a short intake for deliverable work. Each item's timeline starts once we have what we need from you.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full, any time before work begins or a session is held. Once a session has happened or deliverable work has started, the fee is earned; if something has gone wrong, write to us and we will make it right.
Does a Lagniappe purchase count toward a larger engagement?
The Strategic Intensive fee is credited in full toward a core engagement signed within 90 days. Other items are credited when the engagement directly builds on the work, which we confirm in writing before you sign.
How can I pay?
Card or US bank transfer, both at checkout, both the same price. Bank transfers take two to five business days to clear; we start on schedule either way, and only final delivery waits on the funds settling. If your organization needs an invoice to cut a check instead, choose Request an invoice and we'll send a secure link within one business day.
