BrandMEE is now Avad Shamar Creative: same founder, same standard, a deeper build. Read the story

The name is a job description.

Avad Shamar comes from Genesis 2:15, the verse where something valuable is placed in a person's care, with instructions for what to do next.

"And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it."

Genesis 2:15 (KJV)

Avad

to work · to cultivate · to serve

The labor half of the assignment: show up, work the ground, build on what's there, and serve what's growing.

Shamar

to guard · to keep · to watch over

The protection half: guard what's been built so it lasts longer than the season it was planted in.

Together they make one word we use carefully: steward. Your vision is the entrusted thing. We help you cultivate it, build it, serve it, and guard it, and we hold our own work to the same standard.

Some ideas are entrusted to you. Build them like it.

Led by Miracle Ennis.

Avad Shamar Creative is led by founder Miracle Ennis. Her work began in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where she founded BrandMEE with a focused assignment: help founders, organizations, and ministries look as capable as they actually are.

The conversations kept getting bigger. Clients came for a brand and stayed for positioning, websites, campaigns, and the systems underneath all of it, and the practice grew to serve those conversations honestly. That growth became Avad Shamar Creative, with Miracle leading the work the way she always has: strategy first, reasoning shown, and nothing shipped that can't survive the question "show me."

Her practice grew up inside institutions before it had a storefront. As Marketing Director at United Christian Faith Ministries in Baton Rouge, she rebuilt a reactive, event-driven marketing function into a structured operation: a role-based team design, a request and approval engine, an internal operations platform, and a measurement system, serving roughly forty ministries. Alongside that work she founded BrandMEE and built brands, campaigns, websites, and systems for founders, businesses, and ministries: the entire Faith U brand, The Ellis Group's repositioning, the United Christian Faith Ministries rebrand, Ablaze Youth Choir's brand and website, and the Pray Kingdom identity among them.

Stewardship is the through-line because it was the assignment. The budgets were prayed over, the teams were mostly volunteers, and the work had to keep running after the meeting ended. That is why every engagement here ends with documentation, training, and files the client owns outright.

She also develops original methods, including the 4E Christian Marketing Content Framework and the Bring, Develop, Equip alignment model, because a practice's job is to leave tools behind, not only deliverables.

Baton Rouge, Louisiana · Founder, BrandMEE → Avad Shamar Creative · 15 years as BrandMEE · ~20 years in creative practice

BrandMEE grew. So did the name.

Avad Shamar Creative began as BrandMEE, a Baton Rouge studio founded by Miracle Ennis to solve a specific problem: capable organizations whose brands undersold them. The work was branding, but the conversations were always bigger: positioning, websites, campaigns, operations, growth.

Serving those conversations honestly meant outgrowing the original name. BrandMEE's services, portfolio, and client relationships became the foundation of Avad Shamar Creative: a founder-led strategic creative company, and the creative strategy division of Avad Shamar Co.

The through-line has never moved. Avad: work it, cultivate it, serve it. Shamar: guard it, keep it, steward it. First as BrandMEE, now at full scope. We build what vision requires.

Values you can watch us practice.

A value that can't be observed is a slogan. Here is what each one looks like in the work:

  1. Stewardship

Every engagement ends with documentation, training, and files your team owns outright: the work is built to run without us in the room.

  2. Excellence

Nothing ships until the reasoning behind it is on paper. You approve decisions, not guesses.

  3. Integrity

When we're not the right fit, we say so and refer you to a better home: an honest no beats a signed contract that serves no one.

  4. Innovation

New tools earn their place by solving a named problem: automation and applied AI go where they serve your team, never where they decorate a proposal.

  5. Faith

The conviction behind the name shows up as posture, not a gate: we treat what you've built as entrusted, and shared belief is never the price of working together.

  6. Impact

We measure an engagement by what your team can run, state, and sustain after launch, not by how the deliverables photographed on day one.

The larger house.

Avad Shamar Co. is the parent company and the long-term umbrella, the house that holds the conviction the name describes: work what's entrusted to you, guard what you build, and grow it responsibly. Avad Shamar Creative is its creative strategy division, carrying the full range of that expertise for the leaders and organizations this site serves.

Ahead, a sibling division, Avad Shamar Tech, will carry the same stewardship conviction into software.

The record, accurately dated.

A house rule governs this section: experience belongs to Miracle and the practice; history belongs to the entities, accurately dated. The entries below ship only once they're verified: nothing here will ever be rounded up.

Organizational leadership

As Marketing Director at United Christian Faith Ministries (Baton Rouge, Louisiana), Miracle leads a marketing department serving roughly forty ministries: the strategy, the team design, the request engine, the internal operations hub, and the brand system. That role is stated as a role. It is never counted as a client engagement.

Teaching & workshops

Team training, onboarding, and the marketing handbook for the United Christian Faith Ministries marketing department (2025 to 2026). Workshops for clients, including the Applied AI Working Session, are delivered inside engagements and through the Lagniappe menu. Public workshop dates appear here only when they are real.

Longevity

Fifteen years of practice under the BrandMEE name and roughly twenty years in creative work overall. The Ellis Group work shown on this site spans identity, collateral, a campaign, and a website strategy: the kind of return engagement the practice is built for.
