Repositioning a coaching and consulting practice for the marketplace.

The Ellis Group Coaching & Consulting

Problem
A respected leader's practice had the credibility but not the system: no settled positioning, no identity that traveled beyond the room, and no front door for four very different audiences.
Move
Positioned the practice around one promise (vision into structure, structure into measurable progress), built the identity and its print and digital collateral, and wrote the website strategy blueprint: four front doors, one diagnostic on-ramp.
Outcome
A brand system in daily use across cards, letterhead, email, and the Marketplace Masterclass campaign, with the site architecture decided before a single page was designed.

Website · Ministry

A rebrand, a strategy, and a website for a choir that just won a Stellar Award.

Ablaze Youth Choir, United Christian Faith Ministries

Problem
A youth choir with national momentum (2026 Stellar Award, New Artist of the Year) and no digital home that could carry booking, music, merch, press, and its scholarship and society programs at once.
Move
Rebranded the choir, set the strategy, then built a twelve-page site with music, watch, booking, press kit, scholarship, sponsor, and society pathways, with real streaming and social links wired throughout.
Outcome
Live at ablazeyc.com: one address for every audience the choir serves, with a page for each whose job is clear.

Led by Miracle Ennis in her role as Marketing Director, United Christian Faith Ministries.

Brand · Ministry

An entire brand for a college ministry, rebuilt for its second edition.

Faith U College Ministry, United Christian Faith Ministries

Problem
A college ministry serving 18-to-35-year-olds needed a brand that could compete for attention on a campus, not a church bulletin restyled.
Move
Built the whole brand: the positioning (Remember Who U Are), the U mark, colour and type systems, pattern, imagery direction, voice, merch and stationery, then a 2026 second-edition brand system with a launch landing page.
Outcome
Two published editions of a brand guide the team runs itself, from social posts to shirts to the landing page.

Led by Miracle Ennis in her role as Marketing Director, United Christian Faith Ministries.

Brand · Ministry

Rebranding a forty-ministry church so every ministry could look like one.

United Christian Faith Ministries

Problem
Roughly forty ministries under one church, each with its own look, and a parent brand with no system a volunteer could apply on a Tuesday night.
Move
Rebranded United Christian Faith Ministries: palette, typography, house rules, logo usage, a one-page brand guide, and a brand center so the marketing team could hold the line.
Outcome
One brand guide and one set of house rules, applied by a team that serves forty ministries.

Led by Miracle Ennis in her role as Marketing Director, United Christian Faith Ministries.

Website · Ministry

A brand and a command center for prayer over sixty-four parishes.

Pray Kingdom

Problem
A statewide prayer operation (nine regions, sixty-four parishes, 4.6 million people) needed an identity and a digital command center that could organize leaders, broadcasts, and declarations.
Move
Built the Pray Kingdom brand and a nine-page site: an interactive parish map, a weekly broadcast grid, declarations, assemblies, a leader roster, and enlistment forms, all driven from one data file.
Outcome
Live at praykingdom.com. Content changes in one place and every page follows; the published payload dropped from about 70 MB to 1.3 MB in the process.

Marketing · Ministry

A two-night conference, launched as one campaign.

Faith Forward 2026, United Christian Faith Ministries

Problem
A spiritual empowerment conference with two speakers and two nights needed an identity and a launch that could fill a room in a matter of weeks.
Move
Named and designed the Faith Forward mark, built the landing page, wrote the email and text campaign, and produced a Faith Goals workbook attendees took home.
Outcome
One campaign system, landing page to workbook, built to be reused for the next edition. Held May 6 and 7, 2026.

Led by Miracle Ennis in her role as Marketing Director, United Christian Faith Ministries.

Systems · Ministry

Turning a reactive marketing department into an operating system.

United Christian Faith Ministries marketing department

Problem
Requests arrived through five channels, approvals lived in one person's head, and quality depended on who happened to be available.
Move
Designed a value-based operating model and role-based team, a tiered request engine in Asana (one front door, six request types, four tiers), a recognition program, and an internal hub with a two-zone reports center.
Outcome
One submission now produces the full bundle of dependent work, routed and scheduled, for a department serving more than forty ministries.

Led by Miracle Ennis in her role as Marketing Director, United Christian Faith Ministries.

Marketing · Nonprofit

Fourteen banners for a walkway honoring women who changed the South.

Southern Black Girls and Women's Consortium

Problem
A nonprofit needed fourteen honoree banners for a walkway installation: retractable, print-ready, researched, credited, and consistent, on a short timeline.
Move
Designed a banner template system with three variants per honoree, researched and credited every reference photograph, and delivered vector, raster, and Illustrator files ready for press.
Outcome
Fourteen print-ready banner sets from one template and one visual language, with a credits file for every image.
